Asked for my prescription numbers on phone was told no they wont give it to me due to HIPAA regs. I dont appreciate being lied to. In addition, you can forget calling and getting a human, you will be sent to voicemail and it took 2 days for a return call. And no email contact to be found.

Great staff. I will not buy full priced designer frames. $248 on sale up to $600. You can get a written prescription and go to Walmart to have them made and buy frames. I decided to keep my old ones. Even with Medicare advantage insurance, Walmart is still cheaper.
