Drop. Penrose is great. The process is ok to set up the appointment. Got a notice to fill out some forms ahead of time. I get to the appointment 15 minutes early (per instructions) and fill out more forms (seemed like some were the same forms - provide a copy of insurance - already did). When I questioned it the person at the desk didn't explain why just said they need it. There was a lady after me that questioned the same thing. Dr. Penrose sets the standard for a friendly, professional staff. He did my cateract surgery as well as the surgeries of many of the people I know. We all are happy with the results and the continued care we receive. I highly recommend him.
The staff and Dr Penrose were so friendly and caring. Dr is putting together a plan to improve my eyes!!
