Greeted warmly and had very little wait time. The technician who did my testing was pleasant and efficient. The doctor explained thoroughly what was wrong and the possible ways to deal with it. Then the office was able to expedite my surgery dates.
I got a same-day appointment (because of a cancellation). The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Penrose was thorough and took time to answer all my questions. I feel blessed to have found a good eye doctor so quickly.
