Waited four days to get glasses when first got them. We had to call to see if they ready cause they didn’t call us. When my contacts came in (mine takes longer cause I do the hard contacts) I had to call to see if they were in. It’s been 6-7 months since I got my glasses and they broke on the top. I checked for to replace them and they said I didn’t buy the warranty. One I know we were never offered to buy the warranty and two when did you ever have to buy a warranty on glasses. Very Satisfied with the Staff, Everyone was very attentive and caring!!
My recent visit here was actually fun. The employees were all knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The lady who helped me pick out and order my glasses was so awesome. Her name was "Amy" I really enjoyed her help and she was an absolute delight. My new glasses are perfect and I am thrilled that I can see again. I will never go anywhere else for my Optical needs.
