RecommendedFriendly courteous service. Very nice Dr. who explains everything clearly.
The customer service at this location is horrible. The female doctor's level of care isn't suitable for my dog to be treated by her. It is sad that you can't patronize businesses in your own area of residence because sub par employees that obviously show up for a pay check only. I highly discourage spending any of your hard earned coins at this location. Honesty. Documenting follow up visits to correct bad eye glasses, but mostly honesty. If you get repeated complaints from a customer about how the new prescription just isn't working, and you do nothing to document the complaints and choose to ignore the customer, then you've lost me. Telling me my problems are because I'm a sixty plus year old man isn't going to cut it. Good luck, nice people in the office, but it's time to say goodbye.
I am almost 3 weeks out from my eye exam and still waiting on my glasses that were promised to me in 5-7 days. After calling twice they finally said the shipment got lost they would reorder them, a week later still no glasses...

Staff was friendly. Dr. Hardin was rude! Don't ask questions or try to discuss your vision with her. You will be telling her how to do her job!
Very satisfied with my glasses and the service everyone was very friendly I also purchased some cleaner for my glasses and I get refills for life...
I love the place, they take care of you and help you.
