I contacted this business to inquire about some cleaning services. I found her to be borderline rude. First, she answered the phone Hello. Not with her business name. Mistake number 1. Then I asked her what time do they start cleaning in the afternoon, because afternoon is listed on her website. She said we start in the mornings so we can be finished by the afternoon. I’m really disappointed with the service I received from Eye-Maid this time around. I’ve booked with them previously and had a great experience, which is why I came back — but today was completely different. We scheduled an appointment yesterday for a cleaning of the entire first level, including the outside of the cabinets, baseboards, floors, and the half bathroom.
