Absolutely amazing. I came from getting my lashes elsewhere, and noticed quite a few issues. Coming to Mercedes was seriously an eye opening experience. She handled my eyelashes with so much care, and was very helpful and explained the entire process to me. She explained the issues with my previous set, and I could see a very obvious difference between her set and the quality of my previous set. She also did a great job threading my brows for me. I highly recommend her, and look forward to seeing her again.
