HIGHLY recommend. I thought my eyebrows were too hopeless to shape (too sparse after years of plucking decades ago and they'll never fill in). Somehow Mary made them instantly and obviously a better shape. She also patiently demonstrated (and had me practice) how to fill them in. She found a much better colour (and quality) brow pencil for me too. She sells supplies, but I had to ask to find out -- she doesn't at all try to push them.
