one of the managers really unprofessional and judgmental. Loved a pair of glasses but didn’t work with my prescription. He could just say it wouldn’t work, but instead has the audacity to comment you can’t pick the glasses for the look. Very disrespectful and unnecessary remark. As someone who wears glasses everyday I should be able to buy glasses that I do love and not just pick any random glasses. Overall not great experience.
My goto eyewear location for exams and glasses about a decade. Service has always been realizable, professional, friendly and efficient. They have a variety of quality frames to choose from. Location is clean, modern and trendy. Highly recommend!
