Another amazing experience with the professionals at Eye Look! Patty, Sarah, and Nora were wonderful in helping me select my third pair of frames at Eye Look. The selection, personal care and attention is why I always come back. I have been visiting Eye Look for about the last 10 years. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing selection of unique and quality eyewear and the expertise of knowledgeable opticians!

I get compliments every day on my glasses- yes really! Also- my lenses r far better than the provider I used to go to - maybe they actually ground my rx? All great!
Long story short, terrible customer service coupled with a problem with my prescription that they failed to put any effort towards to remedy. I am getting a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel that I have no choice in this matter. I feel that adding some details to this is warranted, I still can’t get over the experience.
