The staff was very helpful choosing my new glasses. Picked up my glasses recently and I'm happywith my choice. Lenses are much easier to clean than my old glasses.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your office. I visited EYE LIVE in February 2025 for an eye exam and was given a prescription for reading glasses. However, after having the glasses made, I found that I was unable to use them due to an incorrect prescription. I contacted the optical store that made my glasses, and they were kind enough to offer to remake the lenses at no charge—provided I could get a corrected prescription from the doctor. Terrible service and the doctor is super inexperienced. Front Desk is rude . Do not go here if you don't want your prescription get messed up. They did a bad service but didnt own up to it. Staff and doctor is only here for the money. They don't care about you at all.
Great experience. The doctor was very good. He even showed me pictures inside my eye and explained those. I needed new glasses and had many to choose from. The girl who helped me was friendly and very helpful. Picked up my glasses recently and love them. Glad a friend told me about this eye clinic.
Very expensive. Staff are friendly, location is clean. Doctor was pleasant and informative but I declined all of the "upgrades" and chose one of the lowest price frames in the store (ripzone) and they were still more expensive than my premium insurance covers. *update to review* brand is called Rip Curl.
