I wanted to give less than 1 star. Management was extremely irresponsible and communication was very poor. I called multiple times, and each time I received different and inaccurate information. We drove more than an hour with kids to the center on Windward Parkway based on the information they provided. The person who answered the phone, who seemed to be the owner, did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, he was rude and showed a lot of attitude. It is very good for below things Parents who want a traditional, structured program. Kids who benefit from paper-based, worksheet learning and steady pace improvement. Those wanting balance of skill-building + problem-solving in math.
The center was reopened under good and responsible management.
We have had an excellent experience with Eye Level for both English and Math tutoring. The curriculum is well-structured and tailored to each student's individual pace and needs, which has greatly helped build confidence and a strong foundation for my child. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and genuinely care about the students
My son comes here for math and english. The tutors are fantastic; they assist my child in the way we wanted. This is really helping my child in school to do well academically.I recommend this place.
