The staff @ Eye Care LA are wonderful. I can see why Dr D chose to hire them. Ms Paula chose some frames for me because my eyes were still dilated. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone @ both locations on Corporate Dr. in Houma gets a 12 on a scale from 1-10! Y’all are the bomb! Thank y’all very much for your assistance, knowledge , personalities & opinions on the frames.
2nd year in a row and my script is wrong, sadly, not sure why. First time, they forgot to add my bifocal exam which I didn't realize that I was supposed to have done until I couldn't see out of my new glasses and the receptionist figured it out, so then this year I was giving a trainee I guess you call them, new comer and now I get my 2nd pair of glasses only for them to be blurry near and far and so now she recommends me do eye drops for dry eyes for a week to see if that helps fix it, then go back in Monday again and hope ... read more
My 32 year old daughter had an appointment today at 2.20. Thy lady That took her information was very nice I informed her that my daughter had Tourette’s. She said that wouldn’t be a problem. We were then brought into a room. The tech started the exam. It was taking a while. He was going over the same thing.
