Terrible experience – avoid Brought my 2.5-year-old for a 4:30 PM appointment and wasn’t seen until 5:30 — no apology or explanation. After nearly two hours, the doctor did little besides push for surgery (against prior advice) and refer us to an out-of-network specialist. No patience with my toddler, no alternative solutions, and no respect for our time. Won’t be returning.
Horrible service. My daughter had her appointment 3rd week of February, we got her glasses 3rd week of April.
I really like Dr Bensinger but unfortunately will not use this practice any longer. The office is so mismanaged with no proper communication to its customers. My son ordered contacts and got a call on a Friday that his contacts were in. He went to pick them up on Monday, after 5 ( he works) because the website said it was open till 7 pm. It was closed.
