I went for service on 11/16/2024 for my son. A vision exam is FULLY covered on my insurance with $0 copay. Because I saw other complaints on Google that this provider tries to submit unauthorized charges, I even made written notes on all of my forms saying that I only consented to what was covered fully under the vision plan. Before I left, I confirmed that my balance was $0. However, I just received a bill in the mail for $68 for something called "Fit & Follow-Up Premium." Today I just picked up my new contact glasses since I lost my last pair while away from home. First I called the office to see if they were able to send it over by mail and they said "you can pick it up at the office" and once I arrive, I entered the office and the young lady at the front desk told me "do you have a mask" and I said "no,I forgot" and she showed off an attitude with me and quoted "the sign is on the door!" Please save your time & Money. This place is a fraud. $488.00 & They gave my son Glasses he couldn’t see out of lol. What type of prescriptions do this place give out… save yourself a headache
Long-time contact wearer with astigmatism here. I trialed a new pair of contacts at Dr. Major's recommendation since "the contacts you're using now aren't available," and they gave me a headache for a month. I let the office know and they said they would need to do an entire new eye exam since they didn't know why those trial contacts would bother me. I’m grateful to my girlfriend for telling me about Eye Innoxation. Through the years Iof getting my eyes checked I left that office with more than prescription for glasses I had a to do thing to improve my health. Excellent
