Jessica was incredibly helpful. I came in with broken glasses at the arm and a final exam tomorrow. I frantically turned up hoping my glasses were fixable and I explained my dire situation. She worked her magic and managed to fix my glasses same day. I can go to my final exam tomorrow with functional glasses thank goodness
