The team are so knowledgeable and professional, and I really thank Steven and the team for the quick action they took for my eye issue and the treatment process worked so well. I highly recommend going to Eye & i Optometrist, especially Emmy Cui. I brought my child in for an eye check, and Emmy was absolutely fantastic. She has an incredibly calm, gentle, and patient manner that put my child at ease right away. Her knowledge and expertise of children’s vision development and myopia control is beyond, and she took the time to explain everything to us clearly without any pressure. I used to really enjoy coming to this clinic and always found Steven to be fantastic. In the past, the service felt genuine and customer-focused, which is why I continued returning over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me disappointed. The first time I attended for a contact lens appointment, there was no charge.
