5/2025 3* We were looking around and they were helpful. Called ahead and confirmed insurance. When we got down to business they were NOT in the network. Gave us a very high price with no discounts for our glasses. Then asked for our Social Security Numbers to do more "investigating". Time to leave. We will not be back. Buyer beware!

They have really bad service and rude conversations
I’ve been coming here for years, and every time I’m reminded why I trust this place so much. The team is always kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Today, I brought in my own frame for new lenses, and Roy noticed the old glasses I was wearing. He gently asked if he could take a look — then, as a kind gesture, tightened them, replaced the nose pads with soft new silicone ones, and made them feel brand new.
