Do not go to the Pembroke office. It is dirty. No running water in the bathroom. Chairs in waiting area are not wiped down at all. I have been here 1.5 hours waiting for my sons appointment. The front desk staff is rude. After an hour of waiting an another inquiry as to what is taking so long they tell me they lost his name on the list.. no sorry! Nothing.
