I'm not one to leave reviews good or bad but I give them a zero..first visit I was told I needed a certain type of lens. I asked if Medicaid covered it. The doctor MR. Magee turned to me and asked me if Medicaid covered the tattoo I had on my arm. I was shocked, I in returned told him the only reason I had Medicaid now was because I had heart failure and couldn't work due to complications. Well he was embarrassed as he should have been. Been going here for years and noticed a repeating trend. Before leaving, they (Front Desk Assistants) tell you what your insurance covers, usually covers the cost of contacts or glasses and you will have to pay for the exam. But if you don’t tell them that you want your insurance applied to your prescription, they will charge you full price. I was there in February for my first visit. Let me tell you. THE ABSOLUTE BEST! He kept me updated step by step. Explained everything for me to understand. Not only did I go but my 4yr old. She was beyond taken care of. Love love love
Dr.Magee is very rude!! Staff is as well. Dr and staff talk to patients as if they are stupid. Would not recommend
