One of worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called to verify an appointment and phone number of the office and 2nd call center worker at the center was rude ..The first call center worker that I spoke with was barely audible and sounded as though I woke her up......I kept asking can you hear me or asking her to speak up, also slow, bad lags in her responses Poor representation of the business
My sister had a bad stroke. Took her to get eyes checked she has catarax in both eyes. They scheduled surgury. I went to get the 2 eye drops she was to start a few days before. They never called them in I called them for 2 days with no response. The last time I called we rescheduled. It was very inconvenient and all the riding with these gas prices. Very unprofessional.
Well, I have to agree that the time management thing is a problem, but I think the it's more overbooking. Many, many chairs, all filled. I had to wait to sit, to fill out my paperwork, but it didn't matter because I didn't get called back until 2 hours past my appointment time. The Doctor was ok but I felt a little rushed. Plan on 3 hour min.
