First of all, it’s a hard place to find and when you do find it, you go to check in and they’re asking for payment upfront not to mention the fact that nobody contacted me called me or left me a message, letting Me know that there was payment due upfront. It took just about a month for me to set up this appointment not to be seen. It explains why this Facility has two stars

First time coming to Southeast Eye specialist. Took about an hour to get called back. About another hour for testing and consultations. They all were very friendly and professional there. I plan on getting cataract surgery there because Dr. Rider seems to be a capable Dr. and was highly recommended from my eye exam Dr. Bacon at America's Best. Tiana and Dr. Rider scheduled all appointments and answered all of my questions thus far. I will let you know how everything progresses. So far so good.

One of worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called to verify an appointment and phone number of the office and 2nd call center worker at the center was rude ..The first call center worker that I spoke with was barely audible and sounded as though I woke her up......I kept asking can you hear me or asking her to speak up, also slow, bad lags in her responses Poor representation of the business

My sister had a bad stroke. Took her to get eyes checked she has catarax in both eyes. They scheduled surgury. I went to get the 2 eye drops she was to start a few days before. They never called them in I called them for 2 days with no response. The last time I called we rescheduled. It was very inconvenient and all the riding with these gas prices. Very unprofessional.
