Very friendly staff
Been a patient here for 7 years, really liked my old doctor. I saw Dr. Ryan Chrencik this time and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a medical appointment in my life. Absolutely atrocious attitude. Go somewhere else.
So, I had a bit of an emergency, long story short, I scratched my eye with a dollar bill on accident yesterday and called today about making an appointment. They said to come in right away. That was so nice of them to do that, considering the fact that they didn't have to! I am ever so thankful for that because my vision is important to me. So yes a 5 star for Kalkaska Family Vision Care!
This place went downhill. Charging for things that aren’t done. Didn’t get prescription to order contacts. Was asked if buying glasses and said no. Was never asked about contacts. Then was asked to pay the bill. Charged for fitment, but I guess reading the previous prescription through them constitutes as fitment.( $55 after insurance). I’ve had way better experiences at Walmart with better results. Totally disappointed.
