Customer service was great. Carie was very helpful and worked with my limitations regarding costs and what my insurance provided. She did not make me feel pressured nor did I feel my questions were "dumb" questions! I had a pleasant experience for my son here, and highly recommend!
Friendly, courteous, focused with an eye for inquiry and understanding. Figured out why I had two charts, how to navigate new software to explore data and content in original chart, how to advise me based upon prior visits and this mess this misscheduled one.Rivals my original doctor in every way.
