My daughter (who is only 18) bought her first car from them, a VW Golf reg number YY15PFZ. The car was delivered to her on the 29th of March 2025. Unfortunately I couldn’t be when delivery took a place. When I came back form work that day I discovered that the car was making unusual noise coming from the car engine and smoke coming out of oil tank when he took off the oil cap, garage reassured us that the car was in good mechanical condition. Sold me a Ford galaxy and within a month everything goes wrong. The worst dealer I’ve ever bought car from. Won’t acknowledge anything . Car is not useable reporting to trading standards avoid this place if you don’t want to be ripped off.
Brought a car just over a couple of months ago now, the guys working there were nice and were very helpful. I had an issue with the ABS sensor a couple of days after buying the car but they sorted it out promptly for me and gave me a courtesy car whilst I was waiting. A great service and would recommend buying from them.
