Absolutely horrendous. Poor service from start to finish and that's before it was then delivered in terrible condition. no mention of the defects and 14 day money back guarantee?? Yes possible only if you go through the courts. Stay well clear of these. They give false names of sales people you're dealing with and never tell you who you're talking to. Absolutely shocking service. The car arrived in poor condition, with multiple defects that were never mentioned in the advert, photos, or videos. When a refund was requested, the process was made unnecessarily difficult, and we were made to feel as though we wouldn’t receive the full amount back — despite returning the car within two days of delivery. Bought our car here for £2,200 and after a month we found out that it has so many issues and needs to be repaired . We spent £1,500 now in it's repairs! Don't ever buy your car here!!!!!!!
My daughter (who is only 18) bought her first car from them, a VW Golf reg number YY15PFZ. The car was delivered to her on the 29th of March 2025. Unfortunately I couldn’t be when delivery took a place. When I came back form work that day I discovered that the car was making unusual noise coming from the car engine and smoke coming out of oil tank when he took off the oil cap, garage reassured us that the car was in good mechanical condition. Sold me a Ford galaxy and within a month everything goes wrong. The worst dealer I’ve ever bought car from. Won’t acknowledge anything . Car is not useable reporting to trading standards avoid this place if you don’t want to be ripped off.
