I visited this clinic for my children’s eye exams and was truly impressed by the level of kindness and professionalism from the entire staff. They were exceptionally patient and attentive, making sure my kids felt at ease throughout the process. What impressed me even more was how welcoming they were, even when we had our dog with us. Please keep your store hours up-to-date on the map apps. I understand the need to sometimes close on long weekends and give staff some extra time off. At the same time, please consider your customers (current / potential) by changing those hours online, when putting your store as the destination, it would alert us to the fact you are closed and save the trip. I drove 20 minutes to your pet friendly store to find a handwritten note stating you had different hours for the long weekend.

Dr. Turner and his team were quick to book me in on very short notice, very friendly and professional. Clean and aesthetic office. He answered all of my questions in great detail and I did not feel rushed at all. Would definitely recommend!

We bring my daughter here and we also go! We moved further away and they’re just so great we would rather drive far and continue coming here than even consider switching. So good with my kiddo, her favourite place to go appointment wise, and so good at what they do, from the doctor to all the staff.
