Kiefer is a real trooper he was very kind and was able to give me bad news in a kind trauma informed way. Would recommend him to kindly be able to explain things well not getting dysregulated
I moved over to the Eye Gallery a few years ago on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I am so glad I did. The optometrists are amazing, both Dr Toor and Dr Turner They have not only provided thorough exams, but also been super in a few emergency situations. They take a very wholistic and thorough approach and explain everything very well. The rest of the team are great too! From the moment we walked in to the store we felt welcome with kind, caring and attentive staff. It was explained to us that if we liked some frames but not in that colour they could show us and bring in those particular frames. My wife liked a pair but the blue pair were not in stock so they had them shipped from Spain for her. We liked them, bought them and the process of getting lenses was smooth and efficient. The service at the Eye Gallery, was awesome. Large selection of frames, with solid guidance on the fit, the look, and they did not push the expensive frames. When the glasses were picked up, they were done correctly, on time, and then made sure they fit well. We were in for an eye exam, and glasses, and also to see Dr Turner for an eye issue. The Eye Gallery is the place to go. You wont be disappointed .
An incredibly thoughtful, fun, and professional team - amazing customer service as they always go above and beyond. Eye Gallery also has a variety of frames from more conservative to fun and quirky!! I will not go anywhere else.
