I have been a loyal patient of the Eye Gallery for over 40 years, consistently satisfied with their services, except for an issue with my eyeglass prescription from November 2022. Alex changed out the nose pads on my sunglasses and adjusted them for me. He was super helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service! If you are in Maui you need to check out The Eye Gallery and ask for Alex.
I’ve been a loyal customer of The Eye Gallery Honolulu, purchasing 4 pairs of Ditas, 1 Cartier, and having another Cartier frame lensed there in a short period of time. I really appreciated the staff and the convenience — they always took care of me whenever I came in, and I often purchased 2 frames a year. Im vacation vacationing in Maui And my glasses broke I came in and they fixed it in five minutes and wouldn’t let me pay them. They are so friendly. If you have any glasses needs I would really recommend you go to the what a great store.
Careful, the staff are unfriendly, expensive, and lazy. Better off going to Maui Optometry.
