Doctors and nurses are great & very helpful when it comes to them speaking Spanish. Would given 5 star. However, front desk staff need of improvement especially phone etiquette. Made me feel pressured & stressed when it came to scheduling. They are very assertive with need of compassion. I had to reachedule often due to my work schedule, and it did leave a bitter feeling in continuing to attend...
