I have been going to Dr. Wooldridge for just short of nine years and can honestly say, I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have advanced Glaucoma and he has been a godsend in my life. To this point it has always been good news at my appointments over the years. He takes time to answer my questions. From Dr. Wooldridge to all of his staff I have worked with, they are very friendly and kind and put me at ease. They have been great.
Doctors and nurses are great & very helpful when it comes to them speaking Spanish. Would given 5 star. However, front desk staff need of improvement especially phone etiquette. Made me feel pressured & stressed when it came to scheduling. They are very assertive with need of compassion improvment. And I had to deal with it a lot due to my work schedule so it did leave a bitter feeling in continuing to attend...
