Very unprofessional organization. HR manager was 15min late to an interview he scheduled, and made me wait outside in the heat. When I was finally able to interview with him, he was texting his daughter the whole time. In addition, he told me the wrong salary for the position more than once, and didn't know any other employee's title. If this is how the Human Resources manager acts, I would not like to see how the rest of the organization is run.
