I came in for a procedure to remove a large seborrheic keratosis from my scalp. While not life-threatening, as it became more noticeable, my confidence lessened. When I came in for my consultation, they were able to see me right away, and the office staff was extremely kind and welcoming. I had the worst experience ever with Jordan Hollsten. She advertises herself as an oculoplastic surgeon. I went to her practice for a blepharoplasty and she did a terrible job on me. On my first postoperative consultation she sent her assistant to take pictures and she did not show up to examine me. I noticed a severe asymmetry between my eyes. Jordan did a wonderful job on my surgery. She was gentle and took her time removing all the cyst. Because of her delicate work, my recovery has been easy. She has a wonderful bedside manner and the day surgery hospital she chose was excellent.
