We enjoyed our visit the staff and doctor were amazing and helpful and answered all our concerns would definitely recommend
From the time I booked my appointments with Ms. Dee, I knew I would like this place. Dr. Kelly takes the time to explain everything where you can understand. She’s patient and very knowledgeable. I love her smile. She doesn’t make you wait too long to be seen. I would recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone.
Called to ask if I can get my frames adjusted and let them know I got them from a different location. Was told they charge TEN DOLLARS??? What reputable eye care place charges at ALL for a frame adjustment!? Told me all I need to know about this establishment. As an FYI, I got my glasses from Warby Parker. I called two other locations to confirm if charging is the norm nowadays, and to find a different location to get them adjusted. and the rep I spoke to at both places let me know they had never heard of charging people for... read more
