Just a outstanding experience. It was quick and easy everyone was super nice and helpful.
I have never had problems until this year. I have spoken with various employees a number of times about a particular situation over the past three months. Each time I am told one thing, and each time what I was told did not happen. At this point, I am considering taking my business elsewhere. A company is only as good as the employees and their word should be something a customer can count on.
Love it here! Customer service is great :) my glasses didn't pass inspection the first go round and I love that someone personally called to tell me and they worked quick to rectify the situation!! :)
They did a great job for me after having a bad experience with another Sebring optometrist. Great staff, great prices and selection and speedy service. I highly recommend you! Thank you!
