The receptionist hung up on me on my first call wow
The receptionist here is minimally helpful. Very unprofessional, has loud conversations while waiting, and we feel an honest review will help Mr. Balfour help his team acquire proper professionalism. Thank you.
Doctor is never though the location and service was going to be efficient but the doctor is never there!!!!
Staff is plain rude and will only change their face if youre paying with cash. I also bought glasses from here twice and both of the frames were crap. The first one was really crooked and screws kept falling out of the frames. The second one had one side of the frame wobble like it wasnt screwed in right, i went back to see if they can correct it and they dont do refunds or exchange and the best they could to was heat it up and shape it to my face as best as they could.
