Staff is plain rude and will only change their face if youre paying with cash. I also bought glasses from here twice and both of the frames were crap. The first one was really crooked and screws kept falling out of the frames. The second one had one side of the frame wobble like it wasnt screwed in right, i went back to see if they can correct it and they dont do refunds or exchange and the best they could to was heat it up and shape it to my face as best as they could. Dont recommend here. Always call to make appoinment for eye exams. Then they always tell me Doctor is sick and wont take appoinments. Til end of next month. Been doing this since jan. Then march. Then they said til end of june. Now they tell me til end of july. Just say u dont want to work and just sit there to take a easy paycheck. Tired of this BS.
