Would give them zero starts, but unfortunately i can’t. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. Bad experience overall.
I picked out a frame, told them what i'd like on my glasses Saturday, February 1st. Was told it'll be done on Monday. Went back to pay for the glasses, i asked if it was done. Then was told they'll call me, waited til Friday for a call. Then found out the lady at the front didn't save my number when i gave it to them. She told me it hasn't went to the lab, then told me next Monday (yesterday). Now its over a week ov them saying it'll be ready tomorrow. Im really frustrated with them, they had a whole week to get the glasses ... read more
These people are the bee's knees. They get you to seeing again, quick and fast. I think the reception desk is very polite.
The place is the best. The dr is nice and also the ladies. This is my go to spot. Esp when my contacts rip. Thank you!
1star just because the receptionist rude and unhooks the phone so people won’t call for their appointment or if their eye wear is in
