Very responsive, very friendly, I finally have an accurate prescription! Plus, it's great to support a local small business. I can't recommend them enough. SEE EDIT BELOW EDIT: My husband and I had our vision exams on May 19 and 20, and ordered new glasses at that time. It took five weeks for my glasses to come in, and seven weeks for my husband's--which were then completely wrong. He couldn't even wear them. Found this Black-owned optometry clinic online and have been very pleased with them over the past year that I have been a patient. Bryson, Dr. Jarrett, and the office staff have been awesome. Here's a picture of this year's glasses as I switched to progressive lenses and I love them!
I initially visited for a perscription with Dr. Jarrett (who always puts such time and care in my appointments) but the customer service from Bryson and Jazz is unbelievable. I ordered a pair of frames from them, and Bryson spent so much time adjusting to ensure the right fit. Jazz was extremely patient with my decision making, and has told me they are "people first." The service and care is superior, and pricing is very competitive
