I've had glasses for 20 years and recently moved to the area so I was in search for a new optometrist. My experience was less than desirable. My glasses are budget glasses from elsewhere because im a broke girlie. My perscription and glasses are so so costly and i havent been able to buy from eye envy yet but i will one day! In the meantime they have adjusted my glasses often. they put love and care into making sure i am comfortable and my glasses dont bother me. They never make me feel bad, i always feel welcomed. The guys here are amazing, I tried to get some lenses made up for VR headset inserts and after like 6 weeks waiting on another optometrist (and 3d scanning the headset to print out a mock interface so everything is lined up, and also printing blank lenses to trace - not naming names cos fair enough it was outside of their comfort zone) these guys got my script cut and fitted practically overnight, was able to o pick up the inserts the very next day.
I recently visited this optometrist with the intention of getting a treatment, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes without so much as a glance or acknowledgment from the two staff members who were on the phone. It is standard customer service practice to at least make eye contact or offer a quick greeting, but neither of the staff members showed any sign of recognizing that I was there.
