I had such a great experience with Kevin. He was amazing with both me and my son – patient, kind, and really took his time with us. There was no rushing through the appointment and absolutely no pressure to buy products or glasses, which was such a refreshing change compared to other stores in the centre. I really appreciated the genuine care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I took my Mum for an eye test today. She can’t transfer from her wheelchair and Justin was beyond accommodating. He took time to explain his findings and made Mum feel valued and heard. Just a great person!
I've had glasses for 20 years and recently moved to the area so I was in search for a new optometrist. My experience was less than desirable. I have complex eyes and a strong prescription including prism etc. Initially, my glasses were made incorrectly, this was fixed by Eye Envy a few days after I picked up my glasses.
