Worst experience with an optometrist office ever. Staff was rude from the minute you walked in the door. The glasses hung through out lobby (small selection) were mostly dirty and had smudges. The staff didn't understand my insurance coverages and attempted several times to over charge me for services or products not needed. The actual Dr we seen was great! He explained everything during process, however once it came time for the orders, again the floor staff was ignorant to understand what Dr and myself was ordering. I left... read more

I had been going to another optician in Homosassa but they got ridiculously expensive and wouldn't work with me to try to lower the price, despite advertising 2 pairs of glasses for either $69 or $99, so the last 2 times I used Optical Outlet and got 2 pairs of glasses for about $261 (my Medicare Advantage plan paid an additional $49 for frames). Good luck finding frames for the "deals". They are scarce as hen's teeth and scattered throughout the store so you can't hardly find them.
