I called and scheduled an appointment to have my glasses adjusted after ordering a pair through a website that listed them as part of their program. Upon arrival I was told I didn’t have an appointment and there was no record of it. I was further told that I was being scammed even though I spoke with a receptionist in their office. I called the eyeconic website help line where I ordered my glasses, and they contacted the office directly. After a recent appointment in the Guilford Office we were put in contact with Jordyn, a staff member, who provided exceptional customer service in the handling of a time sensitive matter. She provided updates very promptly and made us feel very comfortable and well informed at all times. Her conscientious approach, work ethic and thoroughness are unparalleled and we are incredibly grateful to her.
