I always have a great experience going here! Desert Family has that small town feel to it that I prefer over the bigger vision centers. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and are great at what they do! I always have trouble selecting glasses and they always give me their honest opinion and help me pick out what looks best on me!😁 Dr. Van Houten is awesome. They are friendly and knowledgeable
The ladies who work in the Safford office are very friendly and are competent in their jobs. I really like Dr. Ferrin. He makes me feel like I am valued as a person and "not just as a patient". I highly recommend their service.
My daughters glasses were done the day of appointment- everyone was very great!
