Been going to see this doctor since I was a young child. It’s sad that I have to go else where. I made an appointment over a month out. Had to reschedule since the doctor had something come up and I have to wait another 2 months? I remember as a kid I could get in the place a week or 2 out.. I hope they get it figured out for future clients.
I've been going to "The Eye Dr" since the they opened. I really love this Dr.
Dr. Divett is great. I've been going for years and it's been progressively worse each year. I ordered glasses in April. They were supposed to be in within 5 days. The day after I ordered I got a call to pick them up, I made arrangements for them to be picked up. Discovered once I got them that it was the floor model, just the frames with the plastic lenses no perscription, the wrong color. I recently moved back here after being away for over 25 years, l would have given them a 10 star review if it was just based on the EYE EXAM but the customer service was terrible and no one apologize, l had a set appointment waited for almost an hour no one said anything once l got back there they had me mixed up with another patient again no one apologized.
