I recently moved back here after being away for over 25 years, l would have given them a 10 star review if it was just based on the EYE EXAM but the customer service was terrible and no one apologize, l had a set appointment waited for almost an hour no one said anything once l got back there they had me mixed up with another patient again no one apologized. The entire office was very pleasant. The front desk person told me and my daughter bye by name. The optometrist found that my daughter had been misdiagnosed for 3 years. She also caught the beginning of a condition that I have. She was easy to understand. Most offices take 4-6 weeks to receive your glasses. The expected wait is 2 weeks. If your child is on medicaid they have the best selection. The selection for myself was vast.
So disappointed I could cry. After wearing the same pair of glasses for over 10+years, this place was referred to me. I love the receptionist, she's very nice and friendly. The doctor herself wasn't bad. The lady who gave me my glasses once they came in was not friendly. I was given someone else's glasses and immediately returned them. Once I got mine and tried them on I told the lady they were hideous. I looked like Jeffrey Dahmer's half sister. The glasses are HEAVY, don't fit my face at ALL and totally useless.
