For an appointment made months in advance and confirmed multiple times prior on a Friday at 9:30 at 10 o’clock in a waiting room packed with people I was given an attitude at the front desk for asking how much longer having had to wait 30 minutes. Danika was dismissive and impolite. Not the face you want fronting your business. It’s a shame because the doctor was cool, but they need to get their act together.
Very satisfied with all the services I have received for many years.
Sadly very disappointed. Bad experience, will not go back here.
