DO NOT GO HERE!! Unprofessional staff in every way. And I can see others had similar experiences in the reviews. Went in today for an eye exam, and the eye doctor was rushing. He spent only a few minutes on it, and even told me straight to my face that “it’s possibly inaccurate” and that I should come back in a few weeks later and have them check it again. Had an amazing experience!
Outdated, cheap and ugly glasses for insurance patients/customers, to make you buy Brand names frames at overcost prices. Incredibly manipulative owner and personnel. But the doctors are exceptional, professional, extremely great and would give them 10 stars. While there 3 customers were angry, shouting and deceived by owner and personnel not meeting their needs and expectations. On July 19, 2025, my mother--a mentally disabled adult—visited this store alone around 1PM. Despite her clear statement that she only wanted glasses covered by her insurance (Medicaid and Medicare), she was pressured into signing documents for a financing plan totaling over $1,300, without any proper explanation or informed consent. She was not given a receipt or a breakdown of charges at the time of purchase!!!!!!
