On July 19, 2025, my mother--a mentally disabled adult—visited this store alone around 1PM. Despite her clear statement that she only wanted glasses covered by her insurance (Medicaid and Medicare), she was pressured into signing documents for a financing plan totaling over $1,300, without any proper explanation or informed consent. She was not given a receipt or a breakdown of charges at the time of purchase!!!!!!
