The staff is very professional, giving great service. Dr. Burns answered my questions and made sure that my eyes were not effected by my diabetes.
In the past 3 years I've been going to Eye Design, I've been pleased with the care I've received. Chanell is always welcoming, helpful, and genuine. She makes it easy to schedule and reschedule appointments and keeps me updated on any changes I need to be aware of. My interactions with Patty and Wendy have been great as well. I’ve been coming to Eye Design for over 10 years or more. The staff is amazing and the office is clean and they have a great selection of glasses to choose from. I’ve seen staff change due to retirement and death, but what never changes is the care received and the pleasant staff.
