The staff were also amazing during my two time visit—they patiently helped me choose the right specs that suited my face, always warm, smiling, and making eye contact. I even received a discount from Dr. Shiela, which was such a nice surprise! My new specs arrived within just a few days, and I’m really happy with them. Highly recommend! 👓✨
Amazing service! They fixed my glasses screw for free, even cleaned the lenses, and kindly asked if it was okay to use a slightly bigger screw. Super friendly and professional—highly recommend, really safe my day
Amazing service, dropped my sunglasses to be fixed for free, came back half an hour before their closing time and asked to book an eyesight test, they promptly did it on the spot together with a colour vision test, both the optometrist and the girl at the counter were incredibly nice and polite, 10/10 service.

I went to Eye Definition Optometrists to see Sheila for the eye test. She was so patient and take time with me, very thorough. It was really good experience! The staff also very helpful, they spend time to help me pick pink glasses, perfect match for my special occasion dress. 10/10, highly recommend!
