Fraudulent business practices. extremely poor service. – I went in on a Friday to get a price for a pair of frames I liked. The lady said the frames would be $375 plus a mandatory eye exam and the price of lenses. I explained I didn't need a prescription as my eye sight is 20/20. She replied, "how do I know that?!".
