Walk-in eye exam. No appointment. Very friendly. Was out within an hour with the prescription I needed. No hard selling. Doctor was super easy going and friendly. Process was efficient. Direct billing was effortless. Highly recommend.
Not sure if they just don’t know their products, or maybe they sell knock offs. I’ve had difficulty getting any answers about a pair of glasses I bought here. Spent quite a bit of money with them, even referred a friend to this place. They are super nice at first, but don’t stand behind their products. Unfortunately accidents happen, and getting glasses fixed is a absolute struggle. I wish I went somewhere else, that offers damage protection. Best experience I've had in a while! I have sensory issues so I get really anxious having my eyes checked but Dr Go was so calm and explained every step. I was in and out in record time and completely understand my new Rx. Highly recommend!
