Everyone is friendly and helpful.
Dr. Kaji is a lovely person and astounding optometrist. I feel like I can go in and talk to her about my eyes and then some. She’s been so helpful over the last few years regarding my stability of vision. Amber is amazing and always reaches out for any updates. They all make me feel so at home. I have had emergency needs (because I cannot see without glasses) and they have been so helpful in meeting those needs and beyond with yearly maintenance. We had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor’s office. The entire staff was friendly and patient, and the doctor was especially kind and gentle with my child, making her feel comfortable every step of the way. Everything was explained clearly, and the visit felt calm, organized, and stress-free. I truly appreciate how caring and professional the entire team was, highly recommend for anyone, especially families!
Not the best experience for me since Dr. Wilde departure. Aside of that, additional fees are charged beyond insurance and co-payments. Brand frame prices are not the most competitive.
