If you like to be taken care of by really professional, competent, and personable people then you must go to visit Dr Kaji at the Eye Contact Vision Center, in Waterford for all of your vision needs. This is my second time there for an exam in the last couple of years and I have been impressed with the tests I received to determine my vision deficiencies. Just called this office and even though I wasn't able to schedule an appointment at this office per insurance coverage, however the receptionist ( wish I caught her name), was extremely awesome and took a minute to direct me to an office that could. I'm very impressed and I'm not even going to get to be seen here.
They went above and beyond other places. I had new insurance no one could seem to find me in the system. I called and they looked up my insurance could not fine it. They called back about a half hour later and said they found it. Set the appointment and i have to say one on the best exams i had. Went with progressive lenses and when i picked up my new glasses they explained how to use them was not rushed. Excellent service from everyone there. Will definitely bu going there from now on.
