Just had my annual eye exam with Dr. Nguyen and had to rave about her and the clinic. I’ve never left an eye exam feeling so excited and upbeat. She was so thorough with my exam and didn’t hesitate to help explain exactly what I was looking at. I also opted to do the scan/photo of my retina so it’s cool they had the technology to do a more thorough exam. The frame options are also great! Recently came to Northwest Family Eye Center and I had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with a smile and you they really did make me feel like family! Dr. Nguyen explained everything so thoroughly and is really knowledgeable when it comes to eye health. Now onto their selection of frames and contacts. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a new optometrist. Dr. Nguyen and her staff provided amazing care + follow up. I really appreciate when a provider takes the time to thoroughly explain things to me, answer any questions I may have, and makes me feel cared for + comfortable during my exam. Overall great experience and left feeling like I had a good understanding of my current eye health & needs.
I had a great experience at this optometry office with Dr. Nguyen. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made the entire visit very pleasant and comfortable. The staff took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt well taken care of. I really appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail.
