My husband has been going to this clinic for 40 years and never had a problem. My husbands specialist retired he was brilliant. Now we see someone else. By the way we live at Balaklava 2 hour drive. This Dr is never on time, no apology ever. The staff are not understanding if we are running late. My husband has only one eye. He had the other removed around 11 years ago . The scripts says to put the drops in both eyes. HULLO . Does she even read his notes .So I have taken him from there care and am going somewhere else.

All very polite, and friendly, but when you book the 1st appointment of the day, you don’t expect to wait 2 hrs to see the specialist. Especially when you have a child with you. And then other patients that arrived after you are jumped the queue ahead of you. And it seems then pretty audacious to have signs up saying that negative interactions with staff won’t be tolerated. If I was 2 hrs late for my client, I wouldn’t have one firstly and then definitely won’t get paid. Not acceptable sorry.

Dr Jude is very good exceptional. But his receptionist was so rude not helpful at all.

She's so understanding and lovely. I was petrified to have botox in my eye again, ( I'm the same every year), she held my hand to calm me. Absolutely beautiful person.
