I was a patient of Dr Kuang from January to April 22 2025 for a cataract procedure in my left eye. Their professionalism is highly commendable
The service received on the day of visit was okay. However, the billing department is VERY bad. On the day of visit, I provided my insurance information but I received a bill from them. I immediately called my insurance provider and was informed that no claim was ever submitted for payment. At the time of this review, I have called over 10 times, left over 5 messages but no one has called me back. It's been over 3 months since my visit!!! I will DEFINITELY NOT be returning
