Dr. Budman was exceptional to work with. He thoroughly explained everything with analogies that made it easy to understand. He listened to our concerns. He responded to a phone call between appointments when I was worried that some had changed with the recovery. He treated my son and me with respect and care and I highly recommend him and Eye Consultants of Atlanta.

I decided to come here based on the reviews. My daughter had an eye appointment this morning with Dr. Budman. She had a vision screening, and It went well! Dr. Budman was very kind and professional. Thank you, Dr. Budman, for your fantastic service! However, I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff at Eye Consultants of Atlanta (Scottish Rite location). Jasmine at the Scottish Right location (the little clerk) she is EXTREMELY RUDE. When she answers she acts if if she doesn’t want a job. She’s very incompetent and she cannot articulate effectively. Extremely uninviting and not welcoming at all. Absolutely disgusting disposition and she should absolutely be terminated because it seems like she doesn’t want a job that requires interacting with customers. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. She is a horrible representation and she is absolutely disgusting.

Saw Dr. Budman. Excellent and patient with my toddler, however my issue is with front desk staff. The new check in girl is very snappy and loud. All you hear in the waiting room is gossiping in what sounds Spanish and half English with profanity here and there. I would have a serious talk to them since it is a pediatric office. Other than that the experience is always good. The appointments can be long but they are thorough with their explanations.
