Called during business hours but got automated message for after hours. Misleading.
Assisting a family member with eye care. Young receptionist “Jay” not professional-on airpods, didn’t listen either time we checked in. My fam was hospitalized & cld left msg to advise-no notes on record. It is SO DARK in both waiting areas. Pt restrooms not clean. To be fair: Stephanie the aide, Carlo imaging tech Emily checkout & Dr WONG are AWESOME but I would not recommend this location based on what I’ve seen
Worst customer service. I called and left messages for appointment rescheduled call back and nobody called back. I also left many messages for insurance department to call back and of cause no one called back. I spent my times called them but they could care less.
I have been a patient with eye consultants for a few years now. In regard to my recent glaucoma check up, I phoned several weeks previous to the appointment to ask that refraction refraction be added to the appointment the receptionist told me she would do so. I have been having some eye trouble in the last few months. When I arrived for the appointment the receptionist confirmed refraction and glaucoma check.
