My eye appointment was a pleasure today. Everyone was polite and friendly. They have a new loyal patient!
Mary in optical was so helpful, I felt like I had a personal shopper who was a specialist in eyewear! Looking forward to going back when I can. Excellent service, selection and welcoming atmosphere.
Literally sat in the lobby waiting to get seen while everyone around (which came after me) is getting called back. Had to get up and eventually say something because they forgot all about me. Very unprofessional. WAITED FOR ABOUT AN HOUR and no one seemed to care.
