There is something to be said about courtesy and professionalism, with that said Marie must be the utmost unprofessional employee there. She complained about referrals and requests for appointments for new patients and abruptly ended the call. Patients and Provides deserve better.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Considine and the entire team at Eye Consultants during the treatment and removal of an eyelid growth. Dr. Considine was highly skilled, thorough, and reassuring throughout the process. I called about finding a new doctor. I've had retina reattachment surgery and cataract surgery. Surgeons were great, but due to how I was treated during my recovery, I finally had enough. When I called in to Eye Consultants about taking me on, the staff was lovely and caring. Moana was awesome. The doctor told me everything looked great, but he recommended I go back to my old doctor, despite my horror story with them. Or find another retina doctor. So pleased with the professional and friendly atmosphere in this office. Dr Considine removed my cataracts in both eyes and restored my vision back to 20/20. The attentive and exceptional care I received encouraged me to highly recommend Eye Consultants as an excellent choice for eye care.
